So-Deep performed a Quality Level “B” investigation along the length (approximately 3.5 miles) of a proposed 48” water line easement. Much of the project was crossing private property and required close cooperation between So-Deep, the design consultant, and the property owners to have ready access to properties as the investigation continued. So-Deep performed Quality Level “B” and extensive utility records research which included talking to property owners, oil companies and their local employees, as well as any other “parties” whom may have had knowledge of the involved areas.
