Utility Conflict Analysis and RecommendationsSo-Deep will review its mapping deliverables with the client and offer suggestions for avoiding and accommodating utilities. After the design footprint is developed, So-Deep will determine the extent that the proposed design (alignment, structures, hydraulics, grade, etc.) impacts the existing utilities. Using federal, state, and local accommodation policies, So-Deep will develop designs of adjustment and relocation and prepare reports. These reports may be both written and plan-based (to show potential relocations). Costs will be developed for these schemes of relocation, using our team’s broad experience in unit prices for relocations of above and below ground utilities. We will format these utility relocation costs estimates in a user-friendly report. The abilities of So-Deep’s personnel - from the project manager and field crews to the project engineer and CADD technicians – to analyze the data they have obtained and communicate observed conflicts, ideas for risk mitigation, and so forth to our clients and its designers cannot be overstated. We are not just gatherers of data. Our purpose is to reduce our clients' risks related to existing utilities. Our extensive project quality assurance checklists allow us to make certain that every step of our work, from records and field information gathering to survey calculations and CADD labeling, is reviewed to accuracy and completeness. |
